ONE OK ROCK - CRY OUT - ( Live ) reaction

They sometimes put effects on his mic live. I just saw them in London in October and can tell you, he sounds like this all the time. At beginning of the concert his voice is a little raspier as he is warming up but by the 3rd song he is studio album quality. Doesn't mean he is always 100% perfect, perfect people don't exist, but he is 99% perfect all the time, and that's more than most contemporary singers are capable of live. Saw them the second time live, the first time was in a smaller venue in 2019 and they all gave the same exact energy and dedication as if they were performing in front of a stadium.

Taka is amazing live. Tomoya is an animal on the drums, Toru always looks like a rock star. I saw them when they were in Melbourne, absolutely incredible. Also Tomoya, the drummer has his own KZbin channel, Tomoya Studio.

3:43 theres just a filter on that part to add that reverb sound, but really this doesn't sound like it has any editing at all, i know their 2019 dvd has a bit, but their 2014 yokohama dvd has 0 editing and is their best performance imo, you can tell because none of the notes are perfect, there is sharp and flat notes occasionally

@@FrankValchiria yea i agree, great reaction bro, i have a recommendation i think you would really enjoy. It is a performance from them back in 2007 - in a small shibuya 750 capacity venue, very different to the 50,000 person stadiums they play many years later. i think it would be cool for u to see them when they were all young, plus with their old second guitarist. the songs have a different feel, more punk and the guitar work is very different with a lead guitarist. Its a back to back 2 song performance where they play the song "borderline" straight into "yume yume" it's an incredibly energetic performance and one of their best imo. seeing the raw energy and passion of a rising band hungry to make it in the industry is the best to me. here it is - kzbin.info/www/bejne/bGnHcnqsZrmCsK8
