Sometimes I get confused when politicians talk about construction of toilet facilities as a political thing because what I know is that, this is a compulsory prerequisite for every human settlement structure before it can even be given out for rent or whatsoever. What happens to homeowners who take rent and do not provide this necessity, do not pay any tax on the rents taken and government would have to use national tax payers income for this? Does this add up at all...
