I just had to make this. It was very delicious. I do not use oil in my cooking so that would be the only different. I put in 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper which was perfect for after heat. The potatoes were divine. Thank you so much for this recipe. I am using quite a few of your recipes in my kitchen now. 😊

What’s the difference between baking versus steaming in pressure cooker or insta pot? The reason being it is lot faster in the latter and spices do bind very well.

QUESTION: Why the oilive oil? For flavor? The dish doesn’t seem to need it from a cooking perspective given it is covered and basically steaming everything. This looks amazing and I can’t wait to try it, minus the oil which is a hidden fat which will show up on my hips!! Any suggestions for what to add to get in some protein? My spouse will want chicken and will definitely not tolerate tofu. Hard to transition to WFPB but this looks like a good base. Thank you, and love the piano background which is very relaxing.

I made this yesterday but my potatoes were rock hard after 50min folio (+15min w/o). I had to oven an extra 45min for potatoes to soften up and those werent even thick pieces. But this was yammy, I might go with precooked potatoes next try instead of raw..

I have used the regular baking setting for this recipe. I use convection sometimes but I will typically mention in the video if I do. Convection cooks dishes quicker than the standard bake setting 😊
