Sir rokage I think you can have a guarantee Mihawk in the event you just need to unlock all of the memories of his storyline and you can get him for free. I think what you mean about the only pull for limited summon banner of mihawk if you want to raise his Star limit but for me it's still better to use the Gold coins in a common banner that has 150 pity pulls you can get one of the Red characters too.
