Hmmm.... I find all of your AMV's sort of... lacking. The main issue I've really got with it is that you don't use capital letters xD Please capitalize the I and the first letters of the names (so Luffy rather than luffy), that would make it a lot nicer. It's only a small thing, but important nonetheless Also, I'd advise coloring the text of other people. It, again, makes everything look nicer, and you then understand exactly who's saying stuff. The real issue I've got with it though is that it's all over the place. It seems like you're trying to tell a story, but it doesn't quite work out. The ending was underwhelming, to say the least, and I mostly liked the part of Fishman Island. However, that is only like 7 seconds long, and even then it isn't as good as it could be... I think you have potential. I feel like the video is kind of "out of tune" with the music, like the music doesn't actually belong with the video (which is actually the most important bit) In fact, the reason why I mostly like the Fishman Island bit is because it's the only part of the video where it doesn't feel out of tune... Anyway, I'm just trying to help here; I definitely can't make anything better (I don't have the time) but I do know what makes a good AMV/ASMV and I hope you'll incorporate these things in your next (few) videos

Also, I have to say that I didn't think you failed by all accounts. During the Fishman bit, I had shivers running down my spine :) It was short, maybe, but really really good. I just wished I could feel more of that in this video, but honestly you're already doing way better than many of the other AMVs I've seen, who didn't even get close to that level
