It is not boring it just drags on a bit right after an epic battle and a bunch of revelations at the end of the previous arc.

Wow! This one is really good! Nice job! I hope one day come back to make amvs (i was trying to make one of luffy vs katakuri but...my ram just exploded XD (not literally but...my vegas wont work anymore) Nice Job men!
