Burgess does have haki in the series though we see it when he fought Sabo but I guess the developers in this game made it before that chapter or episode aired.

AQIII i think the reason they didnt give him haki in this was because he had weak haki. They showed that his haki was not strong enough to actually hit sabo in fire form, so i guess they decided to only put it on his super moves

AQIII Though tbh it's still not a good reason, you don't need "strong" Haki to hit a logia as long as you are coated in Haki you are able to hit a logia, the strength of armament is better blunt damage it doesn't equal the possibility of hitting a logia.

KabutoSushi not true. If the logia user's haki is stronger than the haki of their attacker, they will be fine. Its like what happened to akainu when vista and marco attacked him. So the same applied with burgess and sabo

Since Burning Blood includes characters we haven't seen fight or fight for more than a minute or two, like Mihawk, Shanks, and Garp, they should really include Rayleigh. Now THAT would be hype.

The reason why Burgess' throws are kinda eh is that they are all "running grabs". By that I mean they all have an animation start-up that makes them move and get closer to the opponent BEFORE starting to actually grab. In most fighting games, command grabs are usually stationary but have fast start-up (Zangief's grab in SFV is 5 frame start-up, only 1 frame for his super). You can jump out of it but it works as a punish and can be set-up between blockstrings and pressure. Not Burgess. Burgess is predictable and that's why his grabs are mostly eh because a decent player will deal with them with relative ease.
