One Piece Card Game Deck Profile - 2nd Place Locals w/ Charlotte Katakuri (Big Mom Pirates)

Got 2nd place with Charlotte Katakuri (Big Mom Pirates). Yellow continues to be a strong color in the One Piece Card Game, and the new tools offered in Kingdoms of Intrigue (OP04) gave it a significant boost.
Here's the deck I piloted to a 3-1 finish losing to a Red Whitebeard (deck is still snapped even with the nerfs).
Waypoint Cafe NYC is located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, NY and has One Piece tournaments every Wednesday at 6:30pm.
