As long as Vegapunk's brain is intact, every Satellite is still alive. Taking into consideration everything we know regarding memories and wills, Vegapunk is 100% still alive. The mechanics of Vegapunk can't get more blatant than that. It's beyond Inherited Will, it's actual consciousness transference. Think like Law's Shambles but slightly different. In the end when everything's been dealt with, when Lilith returns to Egghead she can theoretically revive the Stella and all other Satellites. She just has to create new bodies for them. But what's more likely is she doesn't and either sacrifices herself to bring back the main Vegapunk or remain on her own. Last chapter Vegapunk did blame himself for personifying his Greed. Splitting one's consciousness into separate entities might not be a good idea moving forward.

Coach, I remember people complaining that Franky didn't get any time or upgrade from VP. But on my reread, I noticed that VP sent Jinbe to get stuff for him before they left, and that bag full of VPs stuff is now on the Sunny. I think it'd be very cool if Franky gets the bag and it's full of blueprints VP couldn't finish before he died, and Franky will complete them, giving himself and possibly the Sunny upgrades.

Oda continues to provide poignant and layered characterization for the admirals/former admirals. Seeing someone so laid back yet committed break down and truly express himself was beautifully heartbreaking. Will Kizaru defect? The answer may be as unsure as his sense of justice. All I know is those days together with Dr. Vegapunk, Sentomaru, Kuma, and Bonney meant something to him.

Could be awesome to have Lilith joins the crew and have vegapunk lives throught her, the whole punk records can be accessed. It's the best you can get. Also, thinking about a moment in wano when orochi wanted vegapunk but it was impossible. Now we have vegapunk in the straw hats, its insane when you think about it. I love one piece for simple details like that,

Silhouette piece is damn real I love the character development for Kizaru ( Akainu calling Kizaru brother and sympathizing wasn't on my bingo card) Vivi not wanting to release the news probably because the world government would use it to slander Luffy, but I want them new bounties I'm so glad Oda didn't let the Strawhats disregard Vegapunk's death that was one of my biggest nitpicks from the last chapter

I can't wait to relive all these moments again in the anime, now that Egghead is over. The best part will be Kuma flashback because man, i can't handle that in the anime. The voice acting and ost is gonna kill me And the action pack that is gonna be animated with Luffy vs Kizaru and Gorosei. Imagine seeing demonic Haki that makes Shanks' Conquerors look cute, two Joyboys, a invasion of giants, an ancient robot that makes those giants look like dwarfs, watch Sanji defy the laws of physics, literally get turned into a pancake, you still accomplish your main mission and kill Vegapunk and then your boss calls you and tells you you're slacking off.

Also love your take on Zoro commenting about Luffy's dejection. I think it's similar to how Zoro held up his captain as a figure of authority in Water 7 with Usopp and when Luffy was messing around too much in Punk Hazard. This is consistent with how Zoro has behaved in the story. He offers the perspective of a first mate who knows what his captain should be doing. He's just emphasizing the importance of that more captain-like behavior now that Luffy is a Yonko and that becomes increasingly more important now that Luffy is a Yonko with Territory and people he tries to protect. Luffy can't save everyone, or atleast that is Zoro's perspective, especially a frail old man.
