This pretty much leaning to Imu is definitely a Devil/Demon or someone who ate that DF, what happened to Saturn is like an equivalent to ‘you sold your soul to the devil for power and immortality…but if you fail to fulfil the devil’s wishes, you will die’. Could explain the demonic summoning circles because it was Imu’s power and also the devil shaped ‘tail’ that pierced both Sabo and Cobra back then. He’s also immune to fire as well too.

This pretty much explains the gorosei aren't from the void century, instead imu picks specific people to become a gorosei and gived them their powers, and ones they failed, Imu will take their powers back, the reason saturn was because imu stopped his aging, and ones imu took it back, saturn turns to his actual age and we know he's al least over 200 years old so yeah his just a regular human that dies from old age

Another thing I wanted to point from this chapter is that Saturn actually called out/shouted out Imu’s name while he’s dying in front of the 8 Vice Admirals, so they all heard the name and found out that one of the original founders of the WG, is actually alive
