Kidd didnt do anything, what you saw was Shanks seeing the future with his observation haki. And about his allies, Shanks just dont want them to fight, cause they are all very weak. he protects them with his flag that s why they are stil lalive , in the new world, otherwise they would be dead. Nice reaction .

for the moment, if Lyffy fights against Shanks, even Luffy will not be able to win because Shanks has much too powerful Haki. to beat him you have to have better Haki than him. and only the person with the most powerful haki can dominate the sea like Gold Roger.
