The mysterious character in the last panel is probably Bogard Among the four emperors there is a theme of opposites when you look at them you got Shanks & Buggy (Red & Blue) and Blackbeard & Luffy (Black & White ) Also at the other panels at the bottom shows a possible foreshadowing of future fights as we see Sabo & Imu, Dragon & Saint Figarland, Koby & Akainu and lastly Kuzan & Bogard

I don't think Kizuru will fully join the straw hats, but I do think in the end he might be part of some of the marines who might aid Luffy against Black Beard and/or Imu in the end. His form of justice is 'Shady Justice,' so I wouldn't be surprised if in order to fulfil his own justice it'd mean letting Bonnie, Luffy and the others take down the 5 elders (and maybe even later Imu) in order for a better World Government to be made from the ashes of the old one.

after ch1121, I think "one piece" is the complete story of joyboy or perhaps some sort of diary, much like the "one piece" we are reading, which is the story of luffy. This story/diary is required to understand everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, every mystery, every 'hows' and 'whys' till now....(some that catches my eye right now that might/should be revealed before this are "man marked by flames", that mysterious silhouette at the last panel, shanks' backstory, dragon's power, etc)

So in the impel down arc Blackbeard is recruiting prisoners for his crew. The was one person Blackbeard singled out and said everyone but you! The man known as “the demon heir”. This is the only other time a figure is shown but mysteriously. I hope he becomes relevant soon and maybe that is who is shown at the end of the chapter. Demon could be another ploy used by the gov to hide this characters name.
