Kuina's cause of death isn't given in the live action, but the manga/anime cause of death is "she fell down some stairs". Like, I know it's possible for this to happen in real life, but man it's sooooooo suspicious and random 😐

She only had to use the stairs to get a whetstone because her swords were blunt after the duel with Zoro. Therefore, Zoro's challenge could be responsible for Kuina's death.

Thats the point, death is in every corner, in the anime they said it, you never know when you are going to die and you can of anything, you shouldn't wallow in your misery that's a waste of your time, if you have a dream chase it because you don't know how much time you have left

The first half of the season is good but I like the second half better. You're in for a treat.

2,5,6 are the best imho. I don't really like 7,8 because arlong park was too rushed. The biggest arc in the east blue saga was given only 1.5 episodes. +Villagers not knowing shit is bad choice in my view.

I still can't believe, that they revealed that Garp and Luffy related, so early! In the manga, it took Oda several hundred chapters to reveal this!

Interestingly Oda "revealed" it before the first chapter of One Piece was ever drawn because Luffy's grandfather in the prototype manga had the design of Garp but here was the pirate that gave Luffy the straw hat. This is the reason why Garp wears a dog mask when he is first introduced in the cover story. And I don't think the earlier reveal has much effect on the story - as far as I have seen from reactors the shock effect is nearly the same. And I would even say it makes the cover story better when you know.

It's because ultimately it doesn't have much significance to the overall story. Like its a spoiler but doesn't spoil anything else about the story. You notice how Garp appears through the east blue arc but he's not in it until later in the actual manga/anime but he doesn't actually effect the overall plot of the story or associate or doing anything that alter the story.
