Probably hates it at first. But given what we saw of Kaido's capabilities, Momonosuke could probably turn it around. I mean n ancient times, Asians worshipped Dragons. Can you imagine how strong momo could be? He’s a mythical zoan type devil fruit user. And it’s a dragon. Probably the best zoan fruit out there. He’ll have the toughest skin as defense. Momonosuke's "Devil Fruit" is a perfect version of what Smile is supposed to be. It was probably stolen from Vegapunk in order to get a better understanding of how it works. But Caesar is incompetent, so his Smile Fruits are all failures. That's why Kaido's Gifters all look so bizarre. Because the Fruits didn't bond properly with the people who ate them.

The reason why Kaido's SMILES are a failure is because of Doflamingo and not Caesar. Doflamingo made it a point to oppress the Tontattas who were the ones who actually converted ordinary fruits into SMILES using the SAD created by Caesar, which I believe was perfect. Caesar is a scientist and has worked with Vegapunk and has some pride in his work. If Doflamingo had treated the Tontattas better and was nice to them, Kaido would have got his men some perfectly formed SMILES

I dont know I just get upset whenever their colors are not what i expect them to be in the manga. Ex. Pekoms (Has dark black tuxedo in manga, but then bright pink in anime; Momonosuke (dragon) white scales/skin turns into pink dragon;) I can never figure out what the color schemes would be.
