You gotta unlock it with a gold coin. Continue with the story, luffy has to fight lucci and win,and then it can be unlocked.

No se cambian, solo tenés que mantener el botón de ataque especial y así haces el segundo ataque (eso si, tenés que tenerlo desbloqueado. Supongo que haciendo el modo historia se desbloquea. No recuerdo bien )
