Fun fact, there was no intention to remove them, its just they had to redo from 0 the game, and they didnt had enough time to add everyone back+ the new ones, but for pw5 i expect all the cutted char from pw3 to pw4 to come back along more than 10 new char

Caesar' fighting style is one big cluster fuck, that I don't know what he did to his enemies half time. Is he physically hitting them or is he doing something else? I mean I see bomb flan monster, gas attacks, a blue sword, and freaking laser eyes. I don't know what else he did.

His normal attacks are with his clapbombs hand things which he did gastanet on Luffy in the anime but yeah i would prefer for normal attack to fight with his blue sword that would be cool

I wonder. Since he has the power of gas.. Would there be a paramecia or logia perfectly able to counter him? Maybe Moku Moku is unaffected by gases since it's smoke? We have Luffy who's immune to Enel We have Absalom who's immune to Kizaru (No encounter but logicly he should be) ...OH! Maybe Perona would be a good counter against the Gasu Gasu no mi since she technically doesnt have a body but can still create exploding ghosts? ów0

Well imo i dont think every power in One piece has another counter power maybe there are few but i dont know if there would be a counter for Ceasar its hard to say its not like obvious powers like fire vs ice which Ace had the advantage with his fire on Aokiji or Luffy vs Enel
