ONE PIECE: Pirate Warriors 3 | Luffy moveset showcase 「ワンピース 海賊無双3」

This is a video showcasing Luffy's moveset in Pirate Warriors 3, both pre-timeskip and post-timeskip. I left out the Special Attacks, since you can easily find those in other videos on KZbin. For the same reason, I only show the moveset itself, and not against actual enemies, unless the move is better demonstrated against enemies, such as grabs and grapples.
Luffy has a pretty straightforward moveset, and isn't as gimmicky as some other characters. Pretty well-balanced, all around character.

My guess is that he will be implemented as part of Luffy's moveset, most likely as a time-limited transformation. They could make it a separate character, but I feel like that'd be too OP. One route they could go is do what they did in Berserk Musou, and make permanent Gear 4 an unlockable reward.

Pirate Warriors 3 came out in the middle of Dressrosa Arc. Because of this, the game had to come up with an original story for Dressrosa Arc and Gear 4th wasn't introduced yet. Sadly this also applies with the recently released Deluxe edition on Switch.

If you ask me, it's definitely worth it. If you like One Piece, then the game is packed full of content, and it contains a bunch of little references and nods to the series. It has a lot of nice little touches to it. If you're already a fan of the Warriors games, then this game is one of the best ones in my opinion. Due to the nature of the source material, all of the characters' movesets are very unique, and they all play differently from each other. It gets really chaotic and over-the-top, which just adds to the fun. I put in a good 140 hours of playtime in it, and still counting.

Hello, i would like to know how i unlock the full moves without using kizuna. i unlocked them with sanji the first stages but i don't know how... i'm at level 30 with rufy and still i don't get full moves like in this video, with sanji i'm at 28. please tell me how to do because i'd be sorry finishing the game without unlocking them. i like to know everything about a game before i stop playing it ..for example i discovered you can perform a backflip pressing l1 back and x and i never saw a video showing it or for example keeping pressing r1 with usop after he lights the fuel for more explosions.. hope you'll reply soon. bye and thanks.

Love the game but the potential was kinda lacked by characters and a bit of story too (not counting dressrosa) but we could’ve gotten some new costumes for a lot of the characters such as the straw hats 3d2y and other island arcs and the other characters getting their changes too but sadly that’s not happening 😓 hopefully in pw4 they’ll notice that and think “yea I think we need to add in more details this time to make it in sync with the series completely

You have to level-break your character. On the character's coin page, you can scroll down to find their level-break coin requirements. Once you obtain those coins, you can use them to level-break them.

What level is your Luffy at? Normally, moves like Bazooka would be exclusive to Kizuna Rush, and you can only use it during Kizuna Rush. However, once you level-break your characters, you can start to gain those moves as part of your normal moveset. You have to be at least level 63 to have your whole moveset unlocked.

This is just my guess, but I think it's because World Seeker wasn't supposed to be a combat-oriented game, it was meant to be an open world adventure/exploration game. The Warriors series is all about combat, so it'd make sense that their movesets would be more extensive.

It's automatic and weaved into the moveset. The only time you need to "trigger" Haki is when you activate Kizuna Rush for Haki-related effects.
