Blackbeard is straight up broken in this game. In PW3 he was already one of the best, and if you knew how to control the hit box stacking of his black hole status, he even had some of the highest possible damage in the game. In PW4 he may have lost the ability to stack hit boxes and liberate on command, but he was buffed with ridiculous range for his black hole attack, but he has some of the best special spam in the game since even a small crowd can fill all his special attacks with just SSST, add the deadly cadence skill and he is basically unkillable while you nuke the battle field with specials into combos into specials again. He is an easy SSS tier character.
