Is that last machine a top stitch? Can this be done on regular sewing machine at the end?
@PDFPATTERNSBOUTIQUE2 жыл бұрын
Hi! The last machine used is a Coverstitch (during this video I use; a) Lockstitch b) Serger c) Coverstitch). However, this whole sewing process can be done with a regular home sewing machine. a) Lockstitch; will be used as described in the video; using the zig-zag stitch when closing elastic bands. b) Serger; this will need to be replaced with a stretch stitch. This stitch's name depends on your machine, but all modern ones have a few of these; even some named "fake serger". c) Coverstitch; this can be replaced with a "multi zig-zag" stitch. Now, let's check on my own machine and the stitches I'd use. Please, see minute 15:40 a) Lockstitch: Zig Zag: stitch #04 b) Simil/fake Serger: stitch #08 c) Multi Zig-Zag: stitch #05
