@@andrewlopez411 not at the level of sakazuki yet. Luffy still probably has weaker armament than sakazuki, but that will likely change by the end of Wano. What will push Luffy over the edge will be mastery of advanced Conqueror's Haki and Devil Fruit Awakening. That combined with further mastery and development of Gears will allow Luffy the ability to match and possibly exceed Sakazuki (or at least fight on the same level as an admiral or just below the level of an emperor)
