@@ChilliChump You have both created something amazing. I just wanted to send you a ‘Thank You’ message for the time you have spent documenting so much of the work you’ve done on KZbin. I am particularly grateful for the videos you made about vermiculture, your no nonsense, down to earth approach is very refreshing and they have helped me enormously.

Massive congratulations on 200k subs Mr & Mrs ChilliChump and all who contribute to this wonderful channel. I wish you both every success for now and the future, we'll be supporting you all the way. Many thanks indeed m8.

People have no idea of what happens behind the scenes, The hours invested not only to film and edit a video but getting all the plants to a stage where that video can be filmed in the first place. Especially when you are planning your videos rather than vlogging. Great Documentary mate. And was Brill to see Mrs Chillichump on camera too. should be more of that outside of lives. Oh and Massive CONGRATS on 200k mate well deserved, You should be on Half a million for the efforts you put in.

What I love about this channel isn't just seeing great grows and amazing peppers. But seeing the failures, the setbacks and looking at why it happened is so helpful for me. You operate on a much larger level but you're so transparent about your season and techniques that if I ever get to your level, I can spot things before they get bad because you've already helped us through it.

Thank you guys for all the hard work you put into your business and YT content. As a chili grower I know how much love and care the plants need, and I'm only making paste and sauce for myself, inspirered by you. Do not comment on this in the middel of the night, you need the sleep 😉. Thank you for sharing and working as hard as you do, keep it up, but try to have some vaca 🌞😎

Hi Shaun, thanks for this. It's a great insight into your work. Much appreciated to hear about the entire work flow. All the best in the future! I processed my first big batch yesterday from my summer harvest after a 5 month ferment. It's my standard "pineapple pandemic" sauce that I love, made mostly with my habaneros. I have 4 other batches still fermenting and I also just collected a final harvest of about 20 small habaneros yesterday which is amazing (it's the middle of winter here in Sydney. I'll do a batch of fermented hot honey with those. Cheers mate. Guy

Smart A-type people are goal setters. And one goal to review at a set time on an annual or semi annual basis is, are we closer to achieving the system that allows us to spend time together? In other words, when do you foresee having a week in France, or two to three weeks in Africa, Asia North America? If you can’t meet that goal, what then?

Pace yourselves guys, business stress can be hard on a relationship. And you don't want to hit serious burn out, aside from the mental side of it that can be bad enough. It can effect your physical health. Looking forward to a the deep dive on automation when it happens. I lost 33% of my body weight (I started off lean) and started having tonic colonic seizures, no history of it. Just out of the blue and all the docs only came to the conclusion of stress. Lack of sleep and skipping meals because there's too many plates to keep spinning and never enough time in the day.

Huggs🤗for Barney the ChilliDog...in the end all of us want to get past the hype and strife and just enjoy the food and the hobby. Having people like you guys really pushes that mindset forward. I don't sell anything. We make enough for us and give a bottle or two to friends and family who enjoy it. Seeing them close their eyes and smile after tasting it means more than money to us. Thank you again because without you and this channel I wouldn't ever have experienced that. Many blessings..

Must i say I found my inspiration to plant chillies back here ons RSA from this channel. The amount of work and cost ended up being way more than I expected. Planting a medium heat chilli is easy. But the super hot ones took me three years of trying to do successfully. I have started my seeds for our summer last week. As I did my last harvest for this year season. Respect and many thanks Sean. It's been a journey 🧑🏻‍🦯 and it will stay one, and that's what makes it fun.
