So metal knight made one for him. Who knows if it is really unbreakable? Don’t let Saitama try it, but metal bat hasn’t managed so far.

It's not the Metal Bat's sister is physically strong, it's just Metal Bat has taken to many hits and is actually in a lot of pain. Yes the more damage he takes the faster and stronger he becomes but he still sustained a lot of damage, so that little bonk on the head by his little sister was enough to just knock him out.

It's also cuz he was out of battle mode and his adrenaline aka fighting spirit went down since there was no enemies around so his body basically caved in from the the damage that he got. His little sister hitting him on the head at the end was just the nail in the coffin

this is why ppl say s2 is mid, the studio change and pacing were fumbled a bit. no hope for s3 in sight even though the source material has only gotten better. I highly recommend the manga after you’re done with this season. Murata’s art is something to behold and his colored panels are *chefs kiss*
