It would be fantastic to see legendary animators like Yutaka Nakamura, Arifumi Imai, and others contribute their talents. Additionally, I hope Shingo Natsume will return. Sending my best wishes and luck to all the members involved in this Season 3 project especially Kenichiiro Aoki ( The Man who literally saved Season 2 of OPM ). They really need to bring their A-game.

The word used here is "Hakai" which mean destroy/destruction/annihilate. Dr. Genus used the word removed and annihilated to describe Saitama’s limit in this scene not "break his limit". Only Garou's limiter was stated to break when he fought Darkshine. I think its different.

The team that made OPM season 1 doesn't even work at madhouse anymore they've all gone on to be very influential and successful animators they pretty much already were at the time of making OPM season 1, but it elevated them to a different league. That was a tailor-made team, nothing will ever be on the level OPM season 1 was again and you guys need to stop expecting quality like that or you will never be pleased.
