Luvved the 4th one where the upset girl complains about a coffee cup she found in the recycle bin. Very serious problem that needed to be addressed.
@tehlulzpare4 ай бұрын
My favourite thing. I worked a theme park. All the recycling bins and garbage cans literally went to the same place for sorting. We lacked the resources to have two separate receptacles on site, so even after my department picked it up, it still ended up going to the exact same outsourced waste company. Point of all that preamble? One in-park supervisor was livid her crew were tossing all of this stuff together(we had told them the behind the scenes stuff but we didn’t get to telling her) and she had them sorting it all, in the back area, as they emptied all the bags, by hand. To ensure all the recycling was separate. Because of the environment. In her defense, she clearly did care! More than most can say. Our fucking company certainly didn’t lmao. Caring was outsourced. I didn’t care as I figured it got sorted at the facility, and in all fairness it did, that I knew from doing that job too at one point. At this job though, I merely needed to haul it to the back area. All the kids had to do was change the bags in the park and dump those bags in a dumpster we’d pick up. Easy. She screwed up hours of work and let the park go to shit in the mean time as all her crew was in the back sorting. She was in her mid-20’s too, can’t blame youth.

The planning and tender process? As a Canadian, I'm shocked they can do it so fast. Our F-35 procurement process started in 1997 with the program itself. In 2010 we announced plans to purchase. In 2015, current PM Justin Trudeau ran his election on a platform promising not to buy the F-35, by which time we'd already spent $309M USD on the program. Promises were made in 2016 to hold a competition and exclude the F-35, and to buy F/A-18 Super Hornets as interim solution. In 2017, the Super Hornets were cancelled. Formal competition started in 2019. In 2022, the results were in and the winner was ... the F-35. First deliveries will start in 2026.
