In one way, I agree w you. But the church isn't a building, it's people. And as Christians we are responsible for studying The Word of God. No pastor can do that for us. There are few that preach the true Word of God, which is very sad. But they are not responsible for our part in learning The Gospel, we are. It's coming, no doubt. When I died and went to heaven at 17. The Lord showed me RESCUE as the rapture, but imprisonment, and separation from our families will occur. As the Lord has said, "Fear Not, for I am with you". Get mentally ready. We will see Christian Persecution in the USA, BEFORE Rapture, but Rapture will happen. I saw no signs of nuclear war where I was at either. So that's all I know.

God is not about religion. Jesus didn't appear to be trying to “start” a religion when he told people to: Love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and might; love your neighbor as yourself; love one another as I have loved you. Any person can do those things, and no religion is required. The Bible speaks of the reality of hell in the same terms as the reality of heaven (Revelation 20:14-15; 21:1-2). The concept of a real, conscious, forever-and-ever existence in hell is just as biblical as a real, conscious, forever-and-ever existence in heaven. To deny one while accepting the other is simply illogical from a biblical standpoint. Despite the Bible’s clear teaching of both heaven and hell, it is not unusual for people to believe in the reality of heaven while rejecting the reality of hell. In part, this is due to wishful thinking.
