Some big companies have fallen down because they didn't look at the bigger picture. Like expanding there business into a different market. For example a smartphone company looking to get into desktop market. Or a software company not looking create another software. In today's changing world, being dependent on a single type of product is a major risk than not taking the risk.

Hi absolutely love the kind of information that you give us and I would honestly also love if you could tell us how should people market in tough Industries. For instance if a newly launched University wants to compete against a well renowned University what digital marketing. tactics should they adopt? Of course this is just an example and you could just make a five minute video and tell us your thoughts about how should we compete in such Industries so that we understand the perspective

Hello Neil. Is niche marketing a scaleable business? As it has very less market cap so I dont think it is scalable. What do you think Neil?
@neilpatel5 жыл бұрын
I think it is definitely scalable but it depends what you are putting into it. If you are building something big, even in a small niche, the sky is the limit.

There is no point to listening to customers if they are captive customers or you will listen to what you want to hear and then the mistakes and over confidence start creeping in . Just look at Boeing, Microsoft, Google and others who have had massive failures. Apple and Intel has had massive stagnation and have been completely overtaken by competition but it's keeping up for now due to a locked system.
@neilpatel4 жыл бұрын
Customer should never be captive, that's for sure!
@gledatelj19794 жыл бұрын
@@neilpatel All the big companies have captive customers. Phone, TV, Interner , Airlines and every other company has captive customer base. They offer discount, credit cards, air miles, rewards and so on to captivate cusomers. Business to business is also captive.
