He is most likely using an Arduino triggerbot, which is a hardware cheat that doesn't mess with the game's memory, which makes it undetectable by this game anti-cheat.

@@ciro8579 1 - to make some different content; 2 - to test a new strategie. Even tho silencers give you less damage, you won't be spot on the minimap while shooting, so maybe he can go on largers killing sprees
