“One Shot Physics” is a historical documentary about high consequence testing in Tech Area III at Sandia National Labs. This documentary is dedicated to the men and women of Sandia who, through their bold ingenuity, pioneered the field of high consequence testing and conducted large-scale hazardous tests in support of nuclear deterrence and national security.

One would think that Sandra National Labs would get their facts strait before publishing. It wasn’t Japanese torpedoes that wouldn’t detonate after being fired. It was US torpedos that had that issue. The Japanese arguably built the best torpedo of WW II.

Hmmm, the Japanese torpedo that would not detonate upon impact seems more likely the US torpedo that was flawed and only fixed I think in 1943. Not sure about the Japanese torpedo, a reference would be nice.

Japanese torpedoes worked just fine. It´s American torpedoes that didn´t work, and for the voice over to say otherwise says, they´ve gathered some video on the subject, but they don´t know what they´re talking about and they don´t care.
