Hum aapse ek sacchi vali baat karna chahte he. Hume aapko hamesha dekhte rehena bahot accha lagta he. Hum jaha bhi jayenge humesha you tube dekhenge toh aapko he dekhna chahenge. Aur hum aapka khudse bhi jyada respect karte he.aur hamesha karenge.marte dam tak. Koi kuch bhi kahe.hume aapko dekhna hamesha accha lagta he 🤗 Aap ko dekh ke pata nahi kyu lagta he hum bhi inke jaise.

[Ir(cl)6]2- is ...... Cl is weak field ligand but , Ir is 5d series metal so ligand behave as a strong ligand So weak field complex so pairing thase. Ir+4= d5 CFSE = (-20dq)
