Thank you, Father. I have been dealing with scruples for years. I would feel relief after confession, but then would soon think of something from the past and try to get right back to confession. Thank for explaining that it’s not necessarily to run right back.

Once a priest gave me a great piece of advice. Forget the past, lol up to heaven. Pray that the previous blood pour over you and protect you from the aissaults of the devil
