Making it yet again. I have made it for myself in many colors- I always have compliments. This one is being made to comfort a pregnant daughter in law. I remember the shawl my grandmother made for me when I was pregnant with my first... I literally wore it out. I will pray that kind of love into this one as I crochet. Wow! I have been searching and searching for weeks to find that perfect project for some beautiful yarn I found. This is it!! I'm kind of scared to even use it. The price was over $40 per hank. It's mercerized Egyptian cotton which I've never worked with. There were 2 different ones in a bag among some other really fancy yarns, all for $2.99!!! Jackpot! Thank you so much for this tutorial!
