FoodZpah Shahbaz Ji Fantastic presentation!! One Step Up has actually stepped up their quality variety and presentation over the years since inception! Yet have kept their prices and quantity decent and subtle! And with the introduction of Lille, their bakery and desert section has jumpstarted steps ahead!! And yea not to mention, its actually one of the favorite Go To Continental cum Multi-cuisine diner at Kolkata especially Park Street region!

I love the devilled crabs at One Step Up. And also their Fish Muneire, which is different from the dish by the same name which Mocambo serve as a starter. Haven't yet tried out Lille though . One Step Up is a class act !

It's my favorite restaurant. I go there at every 3 to 4 months. I like their fish finger very much and chicken wonton soup also. Vetki Florentine is also very very good.

There is no way that the food is cooked in house, most likely industrial level frozen food. There is no way that the food is freshly cooked when a restaurant has that many dishes on the menu.

Recently tried some sandwich and cold coffee.. the food wasn't fresh for sure, resulted in bloating of everyone. And the glasses in which drinking water was served, smelled significantly. Hygiene issues

Deserts in one step up are horrible. All sinfully creamy. The only difference is either it is too sweet or little sour. Why not try cream with strawberry if you want to try some old tasted Classic.
