I can't get my paint to flow like u do. How do I get my paint to flow better?

Donna Dewberry only paints with FolkArt Acrylics and/or FolkArt Multi-Surface Acrylics which are developed to be a full bodied, rich and creamy paint. She also incorporates the use of FolkArt Floating Medium when working on a surface that is porous and will naturally "grab" the paint. To use FolkArt Floating Medium, double load your flat brush with desired colors, blend and reload to achieve a fully loaded brush. Then, dip the tip of the flat brush into the puddle of FolkArt Floating Medium and blend again. You will notice that with the aid of the Floating Medium, the paint will glide smoothly over a porous surface.

She also uses a LOT of paint (“More than you think you would ever need”.) Using an acrylic flow medium helps a ton too. Hard to see in the video but it’s the puddle of clear liquid, which is just acrylic paint without pigment.
