we have in Germany (juvenile Prison) ,where Thies Young People being kept and trained for a job to keep them away from doing violence. if possible ,please provide such and see the changes in the Nation of Namibia. when they come out they would have learned their Lessons ,some become good samarithan. Wir haben in Deutschland (Jugend Knast), wo diese jungen Leute festgehalten und für einen Job ausgebildet wurden, um sie davon abzuhalten Gewalt auszuüben. Wenn möglich, stellen Sie dies bitte zur Verfügung und sehen Sie sich die Veränderungen in der Nation Namibia an. Wenn sie herauskommen, hätten sie es gelernt ihre Lektionen einige werden gute Samaritaners.
