"One Take Challenge" is now accepting member submissions on KZbin! Send over your singing videos for Rozette to review! This is not a talent show or a competition. There are no prizes, no rankings, only Rozette's unfiltered and honest feedback. Whether you're an amateur or a professional, everyone is welcome to participate, to share your music and culture! Submission Email: clubzero@qq.com Email Subject: [1Take Challenge: KZbin Member Username] Submission Requirements: - 1 person, 1 microphone, 1 take live recording of 1 song - Duration: 3 to 5 minutes - One-take recording without any editing - You may choose to cover parts of your face, but mouth must be visible - Consistent audio and video quality, with at least 720p resolution Q&A Can I, as a professional artist, participate anonymously with a mask? All participants can choose to use a pseudonym or participate anonymously. However, if you are a professional singer with a certain level of fame, we will privately verify your identity to prevent impersonation or infringement, but we will never publicly disclose the true identities of participants for promotional purposes. Though we can't edit vocals, can we use reverb effects or mix the audio? Mixing and reverb effects are allowed. We simply hope to avoid excessive vocal processing and retain admiration for genuine singing skills in this era of automated tools. Imperfections often make it more human. How many songs will be featured in each episode? We aim to select five high-quality submissions each month for a Reaction episode. If there aren't enough qualified submissions in a month, the episode will be postponed to the next month until we have enough high-quality submissions. How are these five songs selected each month? Submissions from "Professional Tier" members will be prioritized, while submissions from "Standard" members will be randomly selected. How many times can I submit each month? Each user can submit a maximum of 1 entry per month. What if my submission isn't chosen? High-quality submissions that aren't selected will automatically be considered for the next month's pool, so there's no need to resubmit. Can I submit songs sung by someone else? No, it has to be your own singing videos and by submission you give us the rights to review them publicly.
I love the song about 馬戶!! It's so catchy!! I agree with Rosett about the singing skills for extending the vowel while singing diphthongs or vowel and consonant combinations. That's also what I learned in singing. As Rosett demonstrated we won't extend /I/ sound but /A/ sound while singing a long note, that just sounds more natural. By the way, the vowel in the stressed syllable is more important than what comes before or after. So when you want to sing a long note, you naturally extend that specific vowel.
the artiste firdhaus actually read as fir-da-oz and he's a malay in malaysia that sings chinese song which is not his native tongue. it's a very nice song that he can't be with the gal and hope that god will take care of her. He studied in chinese school since young, that's why his mandarin is so good.
The last candidate chose a song that is very hard to sing - it is JJ Lin’s song, as lately most of the songs he composed are challenging in pitches and skills. Anyway, bravo to this candidate!

好像体会到了老师说的马户让她感觉更熟悉,听着确实有点像外国舞台剧/话剧类似的感觉...😄

Can try listen to A-Mei song , 听海 (Listen to the sea)
regarding the "re zi" i also think the meaning of the lyrics might affect why the "r" being prominent.. probably wanted to emphasize on something? just a suggestion on my thought.. I guess in chinese style of singing might differ from the western style of singing in certain extend.
