Thanks for the feed back Simon, the take for me is always the best part and I to capture it on camera every time and is nice to 'tell the story ' of the cast, hook up and landing of a fish....the fly I tied up the night before for the following days conditions was a McCormick shrimp on a gold size 11 salar hook . Never forget it, that fish hit me so hard! What it's all about... Tight lines 👍👌

Kerry the laune is the biggest river in Kerry part of it tidal but poaching is rampant and fish ain't getting no chance haven't seen a fish yet this year ,

Keith Dennehy Poaching seems to be a problem on every river that has salmon! You need to make a trip up to the Mourne, get you catching again! Tight lines
