Well taught brother. As a Messianic Jew I have known all of this but this is an excellent summary and much better put than most scholars of the bible, so called.

This is an excellent teaching. Christ willing, I intend to use it as the structure to write to a brother of ours on this topic. I'll need to add why we don't stone transgressors, why Shaul wrote to not get circumcised, and other such parsings as to which instructions are currently actionable and which aren't. I do see a significant piece of error in assessing Romans 2. Specifically, sin means to miss the mark, which in various contexts may specifically refer to any-multiple-or-all of these: missing the target which is life and so dying, to do wrongfully, to fall short, and/or to miss that target which is the Instructions (Torah) of Yhvh. I passionately disagree with defining "sin" exactly as "transgression of the Instruction" when the exact definition is "to miss the mark". To the source here: that passage of 1st John reads "...because to miss the mark is transgression of the Instruction" and it does not read "...because transgression of the Instruction is transgression of the Instruction" (if one substitutes "miss the mark" with "transgress the Instruction" 1st John will be interpreted incorrectly on many points, and of course the relevance of the definition applies often all throughout Scripture). In Romans 2:12 it's "Because as many as missed the mark without instruction will die without instruction" and it does not read "Because as many as transgressed the Instruction without instruction will die without instruction." In terms of the cultures (nations) whom have not the Instruction and yet they do that which is in the Instruction, and so are an instruction unto themselves; the fact that they have not received the Word Of Elohim will be accounted for them at the Judgement when they meet the Saviour, and these will accept Him on sight and reign with Him in the Kingdom To Come, and so sitting as judges over those who had The Word Of Elohim but did not do according to what is written therein. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living Elohim. HalleluYah. One may protest "but they ate pork" but I would say that it is written to Israel "it is not food for you" and when these gentiles ate pork they were not yet of Israel (that is really the definitive category here: they who are not yet of Israel).Shabbat Shalom.
