Should the one-touch tuning always be performed when there is no load on the servo motor? Or can I perform the one-touch tuning when the servo motor is connected to the machine? Thank you.

I think you should do when the servo motor is connected

Sorry i m to late replay you, because i busy on my project company. Yes you can but you have to double check your machine system to servo motor correctly.
