Problem is that lots of local riding spots are quite sensitive to bikers, this happens to be my local, and biking is not allowed but has been tolerated and you tube vids just showing it (not even promoting it) aren’t helping and it is rapidly spoiling it for local riders who only just getting away with it is it is. I’m sure lots of us experience this at our own locals

Way beyond the level of trails I will ever attempt - I would just slow you down, or I would be your camera man riding the easy trails around you. What I really learn each time I what Neil and Blake is that if you are going to jump it or go down some impossible side of a mountain, you had better do it without any hesitation or you will crash. So I will just watch. Crazy flying circus, you two! Thank you Blake and Neil - you guys are crazy fun.

Awesome video guys. You show your total mastery of bike handling perfectly with ease, fun and friendship. Reminds me of happy days 30+ years ago daring each other to drop into steeper and steeper sections of the old quarry we thrashed in North Devon with the No Sweat crew. Btw, totally rigid with pretty dodgy tyres/gears/brakes and protection when my dream bike was a Kona Cinder Cone...

I would love to see a comparison between the Canyon neuron and spectral. I’m in the market for my first trail bike, but am not a gnarly rider yet. I don’t do big jumps yet and live in an area where there are no mountains, only hills. So lots of climbing is required. Even though I would like to have the option to take my bike to austria, zwitserland and france. So i’m in doubt which bike is “my bike to rule them all”. Currently i’m leaning more to the neuron. What would you suggest? Perhaps you could make a video about the strengths and weaknesses of both bikes?
@2piernik2
@2piernik2 4 жыл бұрын
I have exactly same problem. Currently I have a hard tail with 140mm fork, but I'd like to trade it for a full sus bike. 150mm on spectral seems kind too much for terrain around me but neuron seems kinda not enough sus to visit some mountain trails.

Very glad that it showed the frame size on the bike Blake was shredding! Their sizing is confusing but I know I’m the same height as Blake from watching an older q&a video. info from the Canyon's website: Bike category 4 This category includes all bikes from categories 1-3. In addition it includes use on very harsh, obstacle-scattered terrain with steep gradients and consequently higher speeds. Regular, moderate jumps pose no problem for experienced riders when using these bikes. Extended and regular use in bike parks and tackling “North Shore” sections should be avoided. Due to increased stresses, these bikes should be checked for damage after every ride. Full suspension bikes with mid-level travel are typical in this category. that means that it is not an all-round bike
