I hate stupid comments like yours, obviously he’s not gonna use a bunch of/ or even any fondant, wood, and rice crispy treats. He only uses those to stabilize some weird sculpture people have requested. And if the sculpture is entirely made out of rice crispy, then that’s just considered decoration. He’ll make another cake or even incorporate the actual cake into the design. He’s not gonna make something ONLY for decoration and not to eat.

It's quinceañera ☺️ "quince" means fifteen and "-añer-" comes from "año" --> year/old a the last -a is if the party is for a girl, if the party is for a boy, it's quinceañero, but it's not very typical. ☺️ And you are 100% right, the cake doesn't looks like a wedding cake.
