No disrespect to you on your decision to formula feed. I ended up having to formula feed my first baby as she wouldn't latch properly and I hardly had any professional breastfeeding support. I breastfed my second for 15 months with no problems at all so I thought it would be the same with my third. We ended up back in hospital when she was a few days old as she was dehydrated and on the verge of jaundice, I was so so emotional and upset but I persevered and now she's 15 months old and still breastfed. If you still want to give breastfeeding a go then don't give up, it's still early days and Stanley is still learning. Congratulations to you all on your lovely little boy x

Charlotte I really needed this, I have a 3 day old (my second baby) we had an awful night last night where I was trying to wake her and feed 10pm- 2am constant feed, change, sick, settle back thinking feeding cues- I just felt like I had forgotten all this newborn, this makes me feel calmer and remember it's just early days! Lovely video. He's a little darling! My daughter was born at 34 weeks and had a 100% tongue tie. She had a frenulotomy, but we had to wait until she was 37 weeks. Well done and sincerest congratulations xx my reaction when viewing, along with my daughter who is due May 7th (with my first grandchild) was to say out loud “what courage it takes to make such a decision”..... courage because there is so much pressure put on regular mums, never mind someone like yourself in the public eye, to breastfeed. You are 100% right in making a decision that best supports your family as a whole. You need to keep yourself healthy both physically and emotionally! So again, WELL DONE xx

I have loved following your journey! Stanley is beautiful!! I’m 38 weeks tomorrow with a baby girl and I’m actually being induced tomorrow!! She has ongoing reduced fetal movement, my placenta is failing and there is little fluid left around her, where it’s gone I do not know!! I’m so nervous but the excitement has definitely overridden it!! I’ve spent all day today watching all of your birthing vlogs/videos, hospital bag videos etc, whilst repacking and triple checking mine! ❤️

He is adorable! My 4 month old was born with a cleft palate and we decided to switch to formula at 1 and a half months. It was a hard decision, but I dont regret it one bit. I wish you all the luck with feedings, and blessings to both of you!

I was enjoying watching your pregnancy videos week by week every time I hit the next pregnancy week. It really got me through a tough pregnancy suffering from HV morning sickness. However sadly at 31 weeks my pregnancy was cut short as I developed severe pre eclampsia and she had to be immediately delivered. Luckily my baby is doing really well after 6 weeks in NICU. She’s now 11 weeks, 2 weeks corrected so I feel now I can watch your baby postpartum videos 😃

Congratulations again, so lovely to hear a lot about Stanley in his first week! You look stunning to think you’ve had a baby a week ago, I didn’t get dressed really for weeks after having Lily let alone put make up on 😂 I love all things family on your channel, and I’d love the updates however you’d like, put them together would probably be easiest for you! So glad you’ve actually made a decision with the feeding as it can be so hard choosing what to do but sounds like you’ve made the best decision and well done for lasting this long and trying everything possible before making that transition. Lily had a tongue tie and we switched to formula on day 4 because she was rushed in because she lost so much of her birth weight cos she just wasn’t latching or she would buy nothing was coming out bless her. And that was every 3 hours without fail, felt like I failed in a way but so glad I made that choice cos she just gained beautifully after the switch and was such a happy content baby, Definitly made the right choice 👍🏼 xxx

It's such a hard decision to move to formula. I recently made the decision after spending a month trying to build up my supply after falling ill and losing it. Like you I was attached to the pump, waking up every other hour to pump and it made me miserable. I still struggle with the decision but you have to do what is best for you and your family and I'm glad you have support! Your little boy is beautiful!!

This was such a lovely video! I’ve just had my little girl Erin Sophia on the 16th! Like Stanley she is a lazy baby and needs to be woken for feeding! I think a video exclusively on expressing would be very helpful for a lot of mother’s! I’m really unsure of what to do regarding it and although the midwifes are great your mind is all over the place and you don’t always get a chance to ask all you need to! Erin is doing well though and I’m loving being a mum! Having a supportive husband makes all the difference and I’ve fallen even more in love with him watching him as a father! Glad your all doing well! X

Congratulations Charolette! I ended up having my little boy a day after you had Stanley. I named him Raiden Alastor and he weighed 10lbs 7oz( my other two were 6 and 7lbs). My labor was pretty intense as well. I ended up being induced with pitocin due to high blood pressure and labored without an epidural. He was born about an hour later, though he did get a little stuck at the sholders😲😲 most intense pain I've ever felt, but it was deffinatly all worth it! Stay lovely💙

I had my baby on 5th March and she is just the Same! We have had 3 different breast feeding people try and help, had her tongue checked, tried every position and made some up! Tried breast feeding before during and after a feed as well as at random times of day.....she just doesn't want to do it! So I am expressing. It's good to know I'm not the only one with a baby who doesn't want to breast feed directly! :)

Congrats again Charlotte! Omg, my son who is 11 month old was tongue tied too. But wasn’t picked up at baby check in hospital. I was wondering why he wouldn’t latch and be hungry all the time. We paid for it to be snipped as NHS waiting list was 6 weeks long. I decided not to continue breastfeeding too. It broke my heart. But all that matters is that a baby is loved and fed! Well done with how you’re getting on. You’re an amazing mum ❤️❤️

I struggled with my 2nd breastfeeding and eventually realised I didn't have enough milk, it was pretty gutting but so much better for all of us when we switched to formula.. I love your videos, I came across your channel when I found out I was pregnant. I am now almost 17 weeks with my first baby and avidly watching your videos. I definitely want to see Stanley updates and your postpartum updates. As for how you deliver them, I am happy if you do them separately or combined. As long I can I get your knowledge to help prepare myself I am happy. Here's an idea however, I'm guessing at the beginning bodies go through huge changes after childbirth. So it might be worth doing them separately, if you have a lot to talk about for each. Then maybe as things begin to settle and less changes occur, combine the content :) just a thought. But ultimately you do what's easiest for you and works around your little ones :) x
