I always learn something watching your channel. I've also thought about bending the arms on my 2-point trems but I've always been afraid to mess it up. Also, my forearms suck.
@NintenDub Жыл бұрын
Oh c'mon just bend it. You can always buy another bar. It's no big deal. Use vice grips, use a rag to not scratch the metal, pin the one end down someway somehow, and give it the tiny bend

I was so in need of this video, I was bending bars before the end of it. I was nervous because I had bent an AVRI Strat bar in a vice not long ago and it got these marks that look like pitting or micro dings. I figured it was too cold and bent too fast.
@NintenDub Жыл бұрын
It's from the vice. Or the cheap metal
@jessejafrnd Жыл бұрын
@@NintenDub It definitely wasn't the vice because I use silicone to protect the bar. But as far as AVRI bring cheap..🤷♂️ It seems more like something heating the chrome could have prevented.

Speaking of tremolo arms... remember the video you did with Ryan from 60 cycle where you were fussing with the springs on the trem? He was getting a clunk from his JM trem after install. What caused that? Did you fix it? If so, how? Mine has developed the same weird clunk.

My daughter names her instruments after Annime characters. I name my acoustic guitars after women from Arthurian legend, and my electric guitars after the knights (Percival, Cardoc, Mordred, Cuniglass, Nimoui, Genevier, Cywin, and so on.) Star Wars might have figured in if only my KZbin handle wasn't already named after a wookie. To be certain, I have guitars that would fit Shak-Tii, Krayt, Plo Koon, Boba Fett, and Reven. But I haven't owned enough to exhaust the Arthurian names.
