Loving the collabs with Jay. You make an incredible duo. Hopefully, they happen more often. God bless.

Just finished reading the newer edition of Father Seraphim Rose’s Orthodoxy and the Religion of the Future. The monk who added to the end of it with some updates from the 90’s and 2000’s has some crazy quotes from The World Council of Churches events doing goddess worship rituals, and quotes from people at the U.N. talking about globalism and their ideas becoming the one world religion. So much of this is out in the open.

If you haven't already, check our Fr. Spyridon Baileys book "Orthodoxy and the kingdom of satan" its essentially a follow on from Seraphim Rose's book. I've only just got it today, but I've heard great things about it from quite a few people now.

I went to my friends baby’s baptism at a Catholic Church one time and the priest had the children in the church perform the rite. It was very bizarre.

Branch theory is weird. Not only did Henry VIII get to divorce his wife, but in so doing he earned his own branch? It's like if I got evicted and I demanded my landlord buy me a house.

Ecumenism is between Christian churches. Universalism includes all of humanity. They are not the same. Are you calling for one church dictatorship?

Serious question…. Both Rome and the East claim to be the “True Church.” I happen to believe they’re both right as there was only one Church for 1000 years and both have their issues. Orthodoxy allows for this as no one claims to be infallible. In reality, is God going to require a theological examination of an Orthodox or Catholic when we come to be judged by Him? I know Catholics and Orthodox who LOVE the Lord with every fiber of their being and don’t want to be doing or saying anything heretical. I’m not dumb and I have such an issue combing through these councils and writings of Church fathers that I can see the arguments of both sides. I do I think Orthodoxy has changed less. Are 1.37 billion Catholics damned because their Bishop is in error?

Who is damned and who is not is completely up to the Lord at the end of the day. I would like to think our Catholic and Protestant brothers won't be damned so we can gaze on the beauty of the Lord together for all eternity, but sadly, I, you, and the rest are simply servants of the Lord who will get an answer to that question when our time comes. God bless.

I made it 12 minutes in.... I was tracking along, but man, bro, take a breath once in a while.... the relentless stream of words wears a listener down after a certain number of nonstop minutes.... at that point, it becomes counter-productive... give the listeners time to absorb and process what you're saying.... My ears runneth over....

Uhh, have you read the NT? Basically everything you said contradicts what the NT teaches about the law...
@alexandria16636 күн бұрын
That’s a very cool interpretation you’ve got there, did the people the apostles trained and appointed hold the same opinion of what the NT said?

The epistles, not only Paul but Peter and John, deal with factions, false prophets, heresies and expelling and receiving members. My question, sir, is have YOU read the New Testament.
@simonskinner14506 күн бұрын
Problem is neither Christianity, Judaism or Islam are legitimate as none follow the Torah of Abraham. The one faith of the NT is based on the law of Abraham for Israelites.

@MrAwak3 Judaism is from Moses, Islam is from Moses, Christianity is from Moses, but the NT is the religion of Abraham with Jesus as the seed and Messiah. My information is the NT where the Mosaic Jews are the lost deep of Israel, such as Saul before his enlightenment, after openly praising Abraham and Jesus, and criticising the law of Moses.
@MrAwak36 күн бұрын
@@simonskinner1450 you’re all over the map. Stop speaking in riddles. You said Christianity wasn’t legitimate. Are you saying the New Testament is inferior to the Torah and the Law of Moses? I’d also reject to Islam being from Moses.
@simonskinner14505 күн бұрын
@MrAwak3 No the NT is truth, but Christianity does not follow its laws and gospel. I have a Ytube video series 'Myths in so-called Christianity' exposing false teaching, although I was brought up CofE KJV. Mohammad claimed to be the Messiah prophesied by Moses.
