Now something like this ground is what I would have built for Darlington FC if I had owned that club instead of George Reynolds, who put up that 20,000 seat monument to his own ego instead of a viable stadium. Nice looking ground and sensible accommodation.

Yes, with Salford City FC moving to the 12,000 capacity AJ Bell stadium. A good move for both teams and for Sale Sharks rugby union team who will be the new owners of AJ Bell stadium.
