I shaved my head on Sunday cause my hair was really damaged I am now oiling my hair twice a week before I shower and massaging my scalp everyday to help but I can’t wait to see what my hair looks like in a year

I use a 5000 strength biotin supplement as well as omega pills. I shaved my hair 4 months ago and have noticed that it is growing at a good speed since I started taking biotin supplements.

So glad I could help!😊 I trimmed the back a bit when it started to look like a mullet haha, but other than that I just tried to keep it healthy by not using anything with sulfates or silicones!

Hey Tori nice time lapse, I think it grew back pretty fast! I feel like it takes the average person like 2 years to achieve that much hair after going bald but I could be wrong. I have a question, I went completely MR clean bald 😂 and so far my hair follicles are straight but I’m wondering if that’s normal since my hair is curly when full grown and I never knew that. Is that normal ?

Hey! Hopefully I can help answer this but yes that’s completely normal. I have relatively wavy/curly hair but I’m growing out a buzzcut right now and it’s pretty straight. Also, heat damage and chemical damage have a part to play :)

Your hair will grow out no matter what. I’ve just done the same thing and have a little bit left over. I didn’t go all the way to the scalp so we’re good. I know this is old
