I can't believe this building was voted the ugliest building in New York when it was constructed. It is amazing. It's not a plain boring slender cuboid, but it's also not some modern art meaningless nonsense. Instead, it uses groundbreaking engineering and innovative design to make a tower (something static) look like a waterfall, a dynamic natural phenomenon. It is still amazing to me that they managed to make a super tall residential skyscraper look like a waterfall, and it looks good! It is the most beautiful tower in New York, and perhaps the world.

An apartment in New York like this one, it is preferable to buy a very beautiful house of the golden age in Brussels district schuman street archimede chic district where live the European deputies, with 5 rooms with balcony with view, 2 big living rooms plus a bar with a garden. the one who will have it is a lucky person .

432 Park is better. The views are better than this & central park tower and the cluster of skyscraper condos in midtown. They are all clustered together wheras 432 Park stands by itself with no immediate competition. At 1:50 it laughs from afar at the MESS midtown has become with all these buildings blocking each other's view. And why are they all clustered at the point?? To see the PARK. And in my opinion, who cares?? Who wants to look at the park all day? It does nothing. The city MOVES, it breathes..thats why 432's view of the CITY is better than these buildings view of the PARK. However the main selling point for this apartment is at 1:59, that bathroom. WOW. I mean, that bathroom is how u KNOW you are one of the richest people on EARTH. full stop.

When will this obsession with insane asylum white end???? The all white coupled with the "open" concept makes a house look like an office building and it makes places like this look boring, unimaginative and lame. And another thing, high gloss ceilings instantly make the space smaller. Any designer who tells you different is lying.
