BTW, for those who don't know, you don't want to pull ticks off with a tweezer because it squeezes their body which will make them regurgitate back into the bite & cause an infect to the dog. Buy special tick puller design to catch its head & twist them off making the bite less severe. I carry a tick puller in my wallet because you never know when you need it.
@srameypr3 жыл бұрын
Wow, congrats on the moonbow shots! Did you notice in your second shot that you have a DOUBLE moonbow?! I have wanted to visit that waterfall for a while. The moonbow is not where I thought it would be -- I always thought it would be at the bottom of the falls. Hope you swing through northern GA, northwest SC, eastern TN and western NC someday -- this region is known as the land of waterfalls because there are hundreds of them. Gotta give you some motherly advice, though - Please be very careful around waterfalls and away from edges. Every year, people die or suffer terrible injuries in the Southern Appalachians because the rocks around waterfalls are slippery due to thin films of algae, even when dry. I have slipped and fallen on dry rocks at the base of a waterfall myself. Many locals play and climb on waterfalls despite posted warnings at the more dangerous falls, but all can be deadly -- please be smarter than them. But again, congrats on the moonbow photos!
@oneadVANtureatatime3 жыл бұрын
I too thought the moonbow would be at the base! It was REALLY COOL to see it! It was SO HOT the day we were there and the pollen levels were terrible for save but so glad we persevered....IT PAID OFF! Thanks for the motherly advice! I am pretty careful but always room to be more cautious!
