We had a house in our neighborhood start being rented out and it caused a neighborhood rat problem because there was so much garbage left in the yard and the house was completely trashed, it seemed like they were selling drugs out of it too because there was a constant stream of cars coming and going. One of the people living there would have episodes where he was having fights with himself in the back yard. 😑 They had a bullseye target on the fence and would throw knives at it (that part of the fence joined to our yard, so we found multiple throwing knives in our yard that i guess missed the target and flew over the fence). Then we started getting arrows from a bow and arrow coming over the fence and one day our dog came trotting over carrying an adult toy 😱🤮 that had been thrown over the fence. And we had to turn in multiple times for abandoned vehicles and RV's being dumped in front of our house that were clearly from their property. Fortunately they finally got evicted because the HOA started fining the homeowner $50 per day for it being a health hazard to the neighborhood. There were different companies working on repairs to the house for over a year before it was fixed enough to be rented out again. Now there are new weirdos there, but they aren't as bad so I'll take that as a small victory lol. Homes being rented instead of lived in by the owner can definitely effect the vibe and the value of all the other homes in the neighborhood. We really keep to ourselves because we don't want to people to know us who might be dealing drugs etc. I never expected those problems because the homes in our neighborhood are selling from $650-$800k now, so I don't even know how these people are getting in here. I hope you guys get someone good in there!💚

I have a lot of catching up to do! I hope you get nice neighbors! I would be so annoyed at the realtor if an AI enhanced picture was used, only to find out that it looks different when seeing it in person! Wow, the utility companies really let them go along time without paying, that is a lot of money! The hot peppers, oh my gosh! I did not know that the oils can even stay on your skin like that!
