I met Ed Helms too, about 6-7 years ago. I got roped into watching my 3 month old niece while my sister got her hair done. So there I am, sitting in the waiting area of a hair salon with my niece, and who walks in but Ed Helms. I was nervous as shit, and just kept looking at him as he read a magazine and waited, but was too scared to say anything to him. Pretty soon my niece started crying, and I'm trying to quiet her down because I didn't want her to bother the Nard Dog, but she wouldn't stop. Pretty soon he gets up and walks over. He started running his hands through her hair and asked what was wrong. I replied that she was probably hungry or something. So Ed put down his magazine, picked up my niece and lifted his shirt. He breast fed her right there in the middle of the hair salon. Chill guy, really nice about it.

Just watching Sam eating pizza in the center with the look of pure happiness makes this video a thousand times more enjoyable. And her reaction to recognizing Ed halfway through the interaction was perfect. Jon Hamm saying "how much were you paid to do this?" I am assuming was due to her not recognizing him(which is hilarious). If you know who he is then his face is very recognizable, and he has been in a lot of movies, but many are supporting roles and many are movies that a girl her age wouldn't be interested in; just based on scrolling through the titles of the films he has been in... So it isn't that shocking that she didn't immediately recognize him. Jeremy Renner had sunglasss on and I could also see her not watching his films; his movies are like 90 percent geared towards people who like the action/thriller genre. Sam stole the show here, was so excited but also capable ofgoing along with what they were doing.👍

I thought the same, but it makes sense, like others have mentioned. You and I have seen Mad Men, but most people haven't, so they won't randomly recognize Jon Hamm (and with the glasses, I'd be hard-pressed to recognize him *myself*). Jeremy Renner would make more sense, but he also played a small role in the Avengers (as well as various other roles in smaller movies). Whereas Andy was a pretty big role in the Office, and Ed Helms became famous from the Hangover movie, so he was a big name at the time. Right after being in the movie, he became the "boss" on :The Office," so he became a pretty recognizable face.

I've never watched El Pres before, but it's clear that these guys are trying to stay humble for the "interview," while simultaneously being bored with it. Which is totally normal, and is really nobody's fault. Like you mentioned, this shit was probably set-up beforehand (cameras, mics, etc.) -- the girl herself may have been legit, but when you're famous, you don't care as much about making *her* day. You care about meeting the deadline, cuz you gotta be across the country in like 5 hours for another interview. Even on some of the "Hot Ones" videos, you can tell that the actor is just there as part of the standard "junket." It's not the actor's fault, nor the interviewer's fault. It's nobody's fault -- but yeah, their reactions all seem pretty "real" here -- and by "real," I mean they don't give a shit about the interview, cuz they have a million others to get to.

Yeah, that was actually the worst moment, IMO. Why call out this guy who makes millions for spraying his hair to make it look similar to all the other times where he sprays his hair, and gets paid millions of dollars to do it? Do you think it might have something to do with his image? And when you ask him point-blank about it, you gotta realize that you're not attacking Jon Hamm at all -- you're attacking whichever stylist and/or publicist decided that it would be a good idea to spray his hair a second time. Jon Hamm *himself* doesn't give a fuck about his hair. Have you seen some of his other interviews? Just seemed like such a weird point to attack the guy -- if anything, you could mention his hair and then make a joke about how he's sexier than you or something, but you just left it as a statement about his gelled hair -- but yours was gelled too, so it was kinda stupid. Not replying to you, Highlight Reel, just replying to OP, cuz you're right. Why call out the gelled hair when your own hair is gelled? That's ridiculous.
