There are legal suplexes but many fighters opt not to risk their opponents safety because a person's weight or even subtle movements can change a even a proper suplex's trajectory, making it risky and dangerous.

I wanted Joshua to win but honestly I feel like this should be a no contest. If Joshua let go of the kimura it would’ve prevented the spike as posting out would save his head and even prevent the unnecessary torque. I feel like an intentional spike is a pile driving maneuver where you intentionally prevent him from landing safely; but when your opponent is intentionally irresponsible for how he lands because he doesn’t want to ditch an advantageous maneuver it should not result in disqualification. That would be like a boxer turning his head mid combo and you get dq’d for an illegal blow.

This was a simple and fully legal mat return, Pacio is the one who chose to attack and hang on to the kimura attempt, which is what caused him to not only travel head down, but also to not have his arms in front of him on impact. That title 'win' should be ruled a no-contest and an immediate rematch booked.
